Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Site including casual browsers. By placing an order with McDermott Trading Ltd (trading as gaycardshop.com, gaycardshop.co.uk, thegaycardshop.com & thegaycardshop.co.uk) you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions of trade. This does not affect your statutory rights under English Law.
Contract
In placing an order on www.gaycardshop.com by clicking submit order you are making an offer to purchase the goods listed in the order at the price stated in the order. McDermott Trading LTd reserves the right to accept or decline this offer. If the offer is accepted (and the contract concluded) you will be sent an email to confirm that the order has been accepted.
UK Law
These conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English Law and any disputes relating to these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Disclaimer
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all details on the website are correct McDermott Trading Ltd shall not be held liable for losses resulting from inaccuracies.
Delivery
Our normal means of delivery within the UK is made by Royal Mail First Class Post. Delivery outside of the UK is made by Royal Mail AirMail service.
Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive, we aim to dispatch all orders within three working days.
If your order is required for a special date, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can advise you more specifically of your expected order delivery date.
If any item on your order is out of stock at our premises, your order shall not be despatched until stock is received from our suppliers (we generally order from our suppliers twice a week).
McDermott Trading Ltd (gaycardshop.com) cannot be held liable for any item that has been despatched in a timely manner but is subject to delays in the postal or courier services.
Availability
We endeavour to indicate if an item is unavailable for any reason. In the event that you order an item which we subsequently discover is unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available. You can then decide whether to continue with your order, cancel your order (in which case we will refund any monies paid by you), or place an order for an alternative item.

Provision of information
When you order any items from us you will need to provide us with your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number. We will use these details in accordance with our privacy policy.
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself whenever you order any items from us.
Pricing
All prices are stated in pounds sterling, and are exclusive of delivery charges.
Payment
You may pay for your order in any of the following ways:
Ownership of the items in your order will pass to you on delivery.
Right to cancel, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel you order. To cancel your order, please notify us in writing or via e-mail if you wish to cancel. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
Refunds for Faulty Goods
If an item is found to be damaged or faulty on receipt, please contact gaycardshop.com by e-mail. You may choose to either receive a replacement item or to receive a refund upon our receipt of the returned goods. Returned faulty goods must be adequately packed. Refunds will be made by way of your original method of payment.
Refunds for Perfect Goods
If you receive the goods in perfect condition and decide within 7 days of receipt to return them, you will be refunded the total cost of the returned goods less a handling charge of £1.00 as soon as we receive the item back (this is to cover our original posting and packing, plus the processing of the refund). Returned goods must be un-damaged, adequately packed and in the original packaging.
Refunds for goods not yet despatched
If the item has not yet been sent, gaycardshop.com will refund your payment.
